Welcome! All coaching programs begin with an Assessment. Here’s our on-boarding process: * Book an Assessment. A few things happen here: * You and the Coach can see if it’s a good fit. * The Coach will help you set realistic goals and give you an understanding of what is involved in reaching those goals * The Coach will direct you to what services you’ll need (Nutrition Coaching, Personal Training, etc. ) * You will receive a Coaching proposal for what we think you need * You can decide at that point whether or not to proceed * No coaching advice is provided in the assessment.

Tracy is our Sport Dietitian. She holds a Master of Applied Nutrition and International Olympic Committee Diploma in Sports Nutrition, which is overseen by the top scholars and researchers in the sports nutrition field.

Her goal is to help you feel and perform your best while still enjoying food. Tracy has worked with a variety of populations including athletes, children and youth, adults, Indigenous populations, and individuals diagnosed with chronic diseases such as type 2 diabetes.
