Welcome! All coaching programs begin with an Assessment. Here’s our on-boarding process: * Book an Assessment. A few things happen here: * You and the Coach can see if it’s a good fit. * The Coach will help you set realistic goals and give you an understanding of what is involved in reaching those goals * The Coach will direct you to what services you’ll need (Nutrition Coaching, Personal Training, etc. ) * You will receive a Coaching proposal for what we think you need * You can decide at that point whether or not to proceed * No coaching advice is provided in the assessment.

If this is your first training session, please be sure to fill out the required forms in advance (check your inbox/junk mail after booking).
Please note: part of the first session will be an assessment, which will include you performing certain moves and your trainer looking for imbalances or relevant information that is vital to your programming. Your trainer will be continually assessing you throughout your relationship.
